Cross-linked Shrink Film Production Process

The manufacturing process of cross-linked shrink film mainly includes the following steps:

  1. Raw Material Preparation

    • First, prepare the raw materials for the five film layers.
    • Mix the raw materials evenly for each layer and feed them into a five-layer circular extrusion machine.
    • The layers are extruded and stacked together to form the first film bubble.
  2. Forming Process

    • The first film bubble undergoes secondary water-cooling to form the first film body.
    • The first film body is then subjected to a three-stage heating process.
    • After heating, air is injected to expand it into the second film bubble.
    • The second film bubble is cooled using circulating cold air, resulting in the second film body.
  3. Cross-linking Treatment

    • The second film body is perforated using a dotted perforation device.
    • Finally, it undergoes cross-linking treatment using an electron beam as the irradiation source.
