BS-5 Post-Consumer Recycled Cross-Linked Shrink Film is a cross-linked polyolefin shrink film containing 30% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) material, which is recycled after being used by consumers and then processed for reuse. While incorporating a significant amount of PCR material, this film also utilizes a unique production process and raw material formula, including the cross-linking process, to achieve characteristics and performance similar to those of BS-2 Cross-Linked Polyolefin Shrink Film, such as excellent physical properties, good heat-sealability, high shrinkage rate, and compatibility with various packaging machines.

In addition to using PCR material, BS-5 Post-Consumer Recycled Cross-Linked Shrink Film is produced using a process nearly identical to that of BS-2 Cross-Linked Shrink Film, which results in similar performance characteristics. BS-5 offers high shrinkage (up to 80%), excellent mechanical properties, high heat-seal strength, good toughness, as well as superior heat and cold resistance.
