Winding/Cutting/Perforation/Folding
The winding process involves rolling the produced film into large rolls, making it easier for subsequent cutting and processing. The key equipment is the winding machine, which ensures uniform roll tension and quality. In the cutting and slitting process, the large rolls are cut into smaller rolls or sheets according to customer specifications, facilitating packaging and further use. This process uses cutting machines, slitting machines, and automatic packaging systems for precision and efficiency. Both processes enhance production flexibility, ensure precise dimensions, and support easy handling, packaging, and distribution of polyolefin shrink films.
POF Inspection Process
The inspection process ensures that the film meets quality standards by checking key attributes such as appearance, thickness, and strength. This step is crucial for maintaining consistent product quality. The main equipment used includes the electronic tensile testing machine, which measures strength and elongation, the blow-drying machine for surface drying, the seal tester for verifying sealing performance, and the heat sealer for assessing heat seal integrity. This thorough inspection ensures that the films are defect-free, meet customer specifications, and are ready for use in various packaging applications, guaranteeing high quality and reliability.
Packaging and Shipping
The packaging, finished goods storage, and shipping process involves packaging the finished shrink films, storing them safely, and preparing them for shipment. After inspection, the films are wrapped using the packaging machine to ensure proper protection during transport. The finished products are then stored on shelves and organized using forklifts for easy access. When orders are ready, the shipping system ensures timely dispatch. This process ensures that the shrink films are well-protected, efficiently stored, and promptly delivered to customers, maintaining product integrity and optimizing logistics for smooth operations.
